2023 Smyrna Sharks Dive Registration

Welcome Smyrna Swim and Dive Team families. Please read the following to help make your registration process go smoothly. Please click your name in the top right corner and select "My Account" after logging in and verify all of your contact information is correct, especially your email address(es) since that is our primary method of communication. If you are new, you will need to create an account to complete registration. If you have any questions regarding your registration please send an email to the registrar.

  • All families will be required to create an account in this system. Please add all family members who will participate or volunteer.
  • After the account is created this system will be used to register and make payments for any of the available programs. Through the registration system you will have access to all account information, including payments due, payments received, due dates, outstanding balances, etc.
  • Smyrna Swim & Dive only accepts credit or debit card payments for registration. You may also use Google Pay. We do not accept checks by mail. Payment must be made as part of registration.
  • If you have multiple swimmers/divers, please register them all at the same time. Do this by adding them in the athlete list below.
  • The entire registration process occurs over a secure server using the highest security currently available.
  • If one of your swimmers needs to go on the wait list you will need to fill out this form for them to be on the wait list officially. Please click on this link to fill out.  We will contact you as soon as possible. Wait List Link

City of Smyrna Facility Fee

The City of Smyrna instituted a facility fee in 2012 for sports programs that utilize city facilities. The fee is $15 per resident participant and $40 per non-resident participant. This covers the facility portion of the fee. The next section addresses non-residents. Everyone will pay this portion. The next section will cover non-residents surcharge.

City of Smyrna Non-Resident Fee

I acknowledge that I do not live in the city limits of the City of Smyrna. The city of Smyrna assesses an additional $25 for non-resident athletes. If you are unsure if you are a resident, you can determine it here. Please be sure to check your address before registering if you are unsure. We are checking all addresse before the season starts. If your address is not considered to be in the city, your card will automatically be charged the $25 fee after verification of your address. You will see this acknowledgement statement down below. 

City Residency Verification

If I indicated that I live in the City of Smyrna and my address proves to not be part of the City of Smyrna per the city registry, my credit card will automatically be charged $25 per swimmer after the verification process. This fee will not be assessed to anyone who indicates they do not live in the City of Smyrna.
